From the Desk of Beyoncé

Hey Everyone! It is I, thefakesamjoseph. As you all may or may not know, my first post here on Black Chick Media saw me recapping the very successful career of the one and only Beyoncé.

For my second post, I bring you incredible news. Recently there have been rumors that Beyoncé would be releasing a new album due to a very convincing photo of a memo that was leaked, detailing the track list of a supposed re-release of Beyoncé’s self titled, critically acclaimed, multi-platinum fifth album, with new songs and collaborations with artists such as Nicki Minaj, Justin Timberlake and Rihanna. However, this turned out to be only partially true.

Earlier this morning, the Queen’s representatives addressed these rumors by announcing the release of the Beyoncé Platinum Edition Box Set. A re-release of the calibur only Beyoncé could pull off, the box set includes a two CD and two DVD set comprised of the original release of Beyoncé and it’s accompanying video album, in addition to a live performance DVD from her Mrs. Carter Show World Tour and a disc with brand new songs and remixes.

This new collection of songs (simply and appropriately titled More) features remixes with Kanye West, Pharrell, Mr. Vegas, and Nicki Minaj (who featured on the recently released remix of fan favorite Flawless) and two new songs titled “7/11” and “Ring Off”. The box set is due to be released on November 24, in perfect time for Christmas. Leave it to Bey to always end the year on a high note.
